- Take photos of property including interior & exterior
- Create a multi-scene Visual Tour plus take numerous pictures of interior & exterior for placement on websites

- Prepare CD brochure featuring your home and neighborhood highlights
- Place "FOR SALE" sign with rider of home warranty in yard & lock box
- SilverPointe Properties office will take all calls regarding property and set-up appointments with
seller
- COMMUNICATE with you following all showings for interest levels and comments
- Weekly activity progress reports given to seller and updates on marketing conditions
- Arrange for relocation agents if needed

- Coordinate all home inspections (Including radon, termite, septic) and advice seller through the
